These compounds share a core structure: a cyclohexyl ring bonded to both an aryl group and an amine, with a ketone group typically positioned adjacent to the amine.


      In 2F-NENDCK, the aryl substituent is an ortho-fluorophenyl group, and the amine is ethylated (N-ethyl). This structure is nearly identical to that of ketamine, with the key difference being the substitution of the chlorine atom in ketamine's phenyl ring with a fluorine atom in 2F-NENDCK.
